These terms in entirety shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India and the courts in Hyderabad, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to, in connection with, or arising out of, this Agreement.

Payment
  1. The Client must pay the Professional Fees and all other invoiced amounts in the manner and terms specified by;
    1.1. Cash;
    1.2. Client cheque (check);
    1.3. Providing an authority to charge the Client’s credit card to Learning Events via email, telephone or via self service in the account section of the Learning Events ; or
  2. Direct transfer of funds to Learning Events account:

  3. In case if payment is made by credit or debit card,we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
  4. Should a dispute ever arise regarding payment of an account, all items not in dispute on the account remain due and payable within the terms agreed. All other terms shall remain enforceable.
